Responsibilities
  • Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and test execution ensuring the application or architecture meets agreed quality standards
  • Hands-on D365 development experience
  • Reporting: Experience with other Microsoft technologies (MS SQL, Power BI, Silverlight, SharePoint, Active Directory, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, BizTalk, etc.) Design the new reports and dashboards
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS),
  • Close cooperation with business and follows up business requirements
  • Continuous learning of the technology followed by Microsoft Dynamics certification(s)
  • Design, code, test D365 application modules or related applications according to the technical specification
  • Assist with project communication & best practices throughout the system implementation,
  • Knowledge of Release management and change management process for Dynamics 365
  • Hands-on experience in solving issues with solution packaging, merging, and dependencies.
Qualifications
  • University degree in a software development area
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O project experience & certificates are the added benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Possess skills to architect solutions that deliver results for our clients.
  • Interact with customer project stakeholders, including IT Directors to communicate prerequisites and understand non-functional requirements.
  • Function as a subject matter expert for topology design, hardware optimization, availability, scalability, business continuity, virtualization, and security.
  • Develop deployment plans with different scenarios.
  • Drive an effective transition to production.
  • Participate in and/or lead performance reviews.
  • Manage infrastructure for integration scenarios with other Dynamics or Power Platform and external solutions.
  • Manage Dynamics Life Cycle Services (LCS).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance and Operations implementation experience.
  • Extensive experience working on cloud Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance and Operations deployments. (on-prem deployments are a plus)
  • Knowledge of ADFS and AAD and other networking concepts
  • Dynamics Life Cycle Services (LCS)
  • Solution provisioning and user management
  • Security and permissions.
  • Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certifications in installation and configuration preferred.
  • Must have a good reputation and references with previous clients, contacts, and/or partners.
  • Must be able to manage time, prioritize, and communicate commitments.
  • Must be able to produce specific examples of work product (Solution architecture, topology, deployment plan, etc.).
  • Prior consulting organization experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Help solve technically complex, strategic, high-profile, or long-running customer cases that may require interaction with Software Engineering
  • Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft
  • Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)
  • Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)
  • Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group
  • Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience.
  • Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring
  • Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS (Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, Regions)
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles; maybe workload or specialty-specific
  • Accept and appropriately resolve customer/partner issues: ensuring resolution promptly and by the Microsoft Terms & Conditions and contractual agreements.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills: ensuring that verbal and written responses are relevant, complete, and easily understood when communicating with internal team members, partners, and customers.
  • Maintain a high level of the domain and technical skills in Microsoft 365.

Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL Server (i.e. performance troubleshooting, installation, setup, query optimization)
  • Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and internet technology foundations.
  • Professional, practical programming using .Net, C#, TSQL, SQL Server.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms with deployment and development tools (i.e. PowerShell, Visual Studio, NET).
  • Basic understanding of Javascript, TypeScript,JSON, XML, and/or SOAP APIs.
  • 2+ years of recent experience with the development of Dynamics 365 configurations will be an advantage.
  • In-depth hands-on experience (coding and debugging) in using C#, typescript, JavaScript, and .net/web platform technologies is preferred.
  • Experience in a full Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) project, including version control and auto-build process.
  • Proven experiences in SQL Admin and Query optimization.
  • Capacity planning and sizing with a good understanding of hardware and network communications.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services is an advantage.

  • Leading the D365 Supply Chain Workstream
  • Converting business requirements into the most efficient technical models
  • Breakdown business processes, to map out and link any functional and non-functional requirements
  • Analyzing and designing solutions for applications, matching processes that fit application requirements seamlessly
  • Manage gaps detected during prototyping
  • Prototyping and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes that make the business systems run smoothly and swiftly
  • Documenting the process of informing and preparing clients during critical moments in the project
  • Leading the testing of the proposed system.
  • Training users and explaining complex reasoning behind changes.
Qualifications
  • computer science or master’s in Business / Supply Chain.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Dynamics 365 Certification in relevant modules.
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills.

Responsibilities
  • Defining and documenting the required system configuration
  • System set up and configuration of the HCM-modules like Organization Administration, Onboard, Personnel Management, Learning, Employee Development, Compensation, Leave and absence, etc.
  • Leading the data migration process
  • Pro-actively communicating and closely collaborating with the Project Management team
  • Supporting customers through all phases of the implementation process as required
  • Designing and delivering customized training material to clients
  • Managing all aspects of successful project delivery: coordinate the development, discussion, and approval of corrective action and contingency plans
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of HCM consulting experience (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar platforms)
  • Thorough understanding of the Human Resources functions and processes
  • Experience with Payroll integration
  • Experience with HRIS system configuration, data mapping & data conversion
  • General knowledge of operating systems and networking infrastructures including general internet concepts
  • Understanding of Agile and/or Microsoft implementation methodology
  • Proven experience in managing C-Level stakeholders both face-to-face and remotely
  • Experience as Integration with Payroll Interface and Data Migration
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Certifications
